This healthy chocolate oatmeal cake is sugar free, unbelievably moist, smooth, creamy with a incredible taste and texture and worthy of dessert, snacks and breakfast!

Kerllen (@kerllenrego) says that she is passionate about chocolate. The darker it is, the better. Most of her treats containing that delicious, dark delicacy.
She says that as a kid, she used grab a box of chocolate, melting into the microwave grab a couple spoonfuls, toss them in her mouth and let them slowly melt away.
Then, she’s been so involved with the healthy lifestyle, healthy meals that she created her own personal healthy chocolate recipe.
Everyone loves so much this recipe that it became a birthday cake recipe on her family and for her friends.
The beauty of oats or oatmeal is that it’s durable and able to be enjoyed both hot OR cold.
* 4 tbsp of oats or almond flour
* 4 tbsp milk or yogurt
* 3 tbsp of stevia or any alternative sugar
* 3 tbsp cocoa powder or chocolate whey
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 3 eggs
* Blend all the ingredients together and place into the oven at 180 degrees for 25 min. That’s it :).
On the top:
* 1 tbsp corn flour
* 200 ml water
* 1 tbsp cocoa.
* Place all the ingredients into a sauce pan mixing till thickness
You can buy a ready made toffee can (dulce the leche ) or you can cook sweetened condensed milk to create a sumptuous sauce that tastes like melted milk caramels.
